Roof Testing

Due to more updated requirements set forth by the Florida Building Code and the re-zoning of the high velocity hurricane zones, all new construction and re-roofs are required to have roof testing. The more stringent updates are due to the increase roof damage caused by hurricane force winds. If the proper testing is performed, it will help ensure the safety and durability of your home. Florida Engineering & Testing, Inc., is a Miami Dade County approved and certified Testing Laboratories (Certificate # 05-0607.01).
